Matt Rud is a personal trainer and powerlifting coach specializing in strength building, muscle growth, fat loss and nutrition located in Vancouver BC. Over his 6 year experience as a personal trainer, Matt has worked with a diverse range of clients on goals such as body transformation, strength and muscle gain, functional movement patterns, confidence in the gym, corrective exercise and performance.
A current competitive powerlifter and former NCAA Division II athlete himself, Matt has experience prepping athletes for their season, prepping powerlifters for competition, and reading military personnel and paramedics for their trainings.
